Interesting tool.. though it didn't detect any traffic throttling on my home network. My ISP (Time Warner) throttles my traffic after a certain length of high-traffic periods. I need to manually limit all my downloads or my internet shuts off after about an hour, and doesn't come back on until about an hour after that.

I've tried that tool before with my ISP (Rogers in Canada) and it doesn't detect the throttling.

My ISP rents the copper wire from Bell Canada, who does. Fortunately, it is not excessive at the moment.

Yes, Malaysia throttles P2P like crazy and we have to resort to private servers/proxies & seedboxes.

Annoying. Just because they have limited bandwith they have to resort to this.
