    PC, seeing the newest Mac's in action though if I had the money to spare I might try one. But it's easier to stay with what works for me I guess.

    Mac is ok but apple should get shot for making it so expensive. plus thers too many compatability issues, i just go for a pc with vista/xp.

    I would definitely go with a Mac.

    I was a Windows power user for many years but after switching to a MacBook I would never go back to Windows as my primary machine.

    You'll get a full featured *nix and a very nice GUI. What do you want more?

    You can upgrade. someone told me that its realy easy to upgrade them. you can even boot windows and linux off their with a proggy called bootcamp:laugh:

    you can add HDD and ram upgrades, if you add a bigger HDD you have to reinstall Mac OSX.

    You tried linux? i have Ubuntu + beryl on my other PC

    I never tried Linux myself but I heard some bad qualities of it
