Thread: Do you love irc and chatting?

Just wondered how many people here enjoy irc?. How long are you on there?

I don't mind it, but it is hard to find much time. I tend to jump on the forums in little bits here and there (which is doable on the forum) but much harder to go on IRC for only 5 minutes.

I idle IRC pretty much all the time. A lot of funny conversations and you get to know the members. It's also often the same people on each tracker's IRC so it's cool.

I can spend my time on other things aside from IRC chat. I almost spend my time on the internet reading forums, blogs, articles, etc. If there is a need for me to rest, I would go daydreaming rather than chatting in front of the computer.

I don't use IRC much. I tend to just use the forums, but I know that IRC can be fun sometimes especially with the right group of people.

Yes.But I dont have so much time for it. :(

I am not a fan of IRC chatting when it comes to the torrent world. It just seems to have too many people acting like children or are children there, no offense to the people that are mature and don't act like their shoe size. I have learned how to write autodl scripts, so this is the only reason that i will use IRC atm.

I don't really think thats true, I just think that the people of denizens of our fine IRC channel enjoy a certain type of humor or such that most people find offensive or ridiculous.
