    Default VLC Media Player with Iphone App

    Has anyone tried this Iphone/Ipad app? It looks pretty cool as you can control your home media via your phone. Im wondering if its worth the purchase price of $5 or are people using other ones?

    I works great. Two good things about it. First thing is it will of course play any file format. Second is you can delete the videos straight from the phone without iTunes.

    I thought that app was free? It was when I grabbed it?

    I thought VLC was pulled from the app store? And yes, VLC should be free. Don't buy this, OP.

    I think it has been. I checked for it today after making my post and it is no where to be found but I remember for sure that it was free.

    I'm sure that is you have your phone jailbroke, you could find it somewhere.
