Hi Guys,
I seem to have found myself in a situation where i do not have too much knowledge about how to get around the problem. i have a client who is just about to finish building a house and wants to be able to have his data shared wireless or cabled (not too important) apart from streaming properties.
He has about 4 PS3's which will be all on a separate TV's. He has bought a Netgear Stora 2Tb machine which will be his Server so to speak.
i am an amateur when it comes to this sort of stuff because i simply stream via cable from my PC to my PS3 using Tversity. very easy and very simple (although i have to have my PC on for this to work). i have heard about a program called Twonky this is supposed to be very good for this particular situation.
okay so my main questions are:
is there a best type or brand of router to use for this type of system?
the need for accessing the NAS by multiple PS3's at the same time?
what is the best program for this system?
do i need to install any other hardware for this system to be fully working?
if any one has anything i may have left out that would be awesome.
thanks a million and hope to hear from someone soon
:)
