Thread: Man o Man was it tough getting my Seedbox going with this company!!

spent 9 days getting it working. Went from France, to USA back to france. Now im on a new server that just started from {Santrex}, the only one and still have some problems getting the upload speed properly done correctly.

They have given me 20GB of extra HDS to compsate for the time it took but it was a nightmare. At one point they said I was a complete N00b to torrents and didn't know what I was doing until I sent photographs and photgraphs of what its doing and "NOT DOING"



I'm just preparing myself for when the cap gets implemented for Time Warner some time soon. If it and when it does. Hope not. Even when to pay pal requesting my money back because I didn't see no upload speed better than my own ISP nor download speed and they claim, even though 100% buyer protection, that buying a server is considered a virtual item and not covered by their policy. I went on to say that you don't send server's to someones house. But, in the end it worked out.

I don't know if I would reup my 4 month commitment with them but I surely know some things about companies now. WOW. Merry Xmas to me thats for sure. :cursing:

yeah, too bad there isn't such a thing as international consumers protection. Specially when you are dealing with oversea companies, then they attend to screw you over.

dude that sux! I hope they are willing to give u a discount. I think the problem will b u weren't the only person with a problem, so if they give everyone a discount, they go bust. You really will ned toget stuck into them for them to fold.
