We have had this discussion already for multiple times now.
I agree that there are always many good users from a certain country, but look at it this way. In the end you are making use of a service provided by sysops. The use of their tracker is a privilege, not a right. We tend to be very harsh and so on site owners but you have to remember, in the end if the community turns square, it's their fault. If more than 60% of all users from a certain country are cheaters, I think tracker admins are justified to ban the entire country.
In the moderation and processing of cheaters gets a lot of time and effort. And if this can be reduced by actions such as banning a entire country, then I can understand why this is done. Some people think the sysops are lazy to have to work a bit, or that the cheating detection system should be re-newed. But the reality is that as an admin you don't want to spend 80% of your time in this. What the admin wants is to get its tracker to the best level.
If these banning really substantially reduce the level of cheaters, then in the end the whole community of that tracker would benefit. I can understand that you as individual feel discriminated, but there is a lot of history to it also. I remember notices that warned users from certain regions for cheating, but then it became unstandable, and they shut down the whole country.
If you feel angry, then be angry at your predecessors who f*cked up in the past. I know it's a lame consolation but thats the one and only reason it happened. It's true it's a shame when good users get banned, regardless of where they reside. We all hope that trackers can create more sophisticated ways to screen for cheaters and scammers, but as I said before, it all depends and the time and effort admins have or are willing to give to resolve this.
A pitty but that's how it is
