Default How to seed on Waffles?

    Hi

I just got member @ Waffles

I got a seedbox though, but doesn't look like any torrents have leechers... and many of them actually don't have seeders aswell..

Anyone that got good tips accept for upload there self?

Cross seed some of their releases or 0-day.

Uploading your own stuff is the best solution to keep a good ratio mate.Like in most hard-to-seed trackers out there.
Except that, either download the latest stuff,or cross seed (which imo wont help much).

A cheap gbit slot does wonders on waffles, if you want to go that route. See feralhosting or pulsemedia.

In general, download releases that you think will be popular and seed away. Buy top 10 access from their shop so you can see the popular torrents. Also, if you wait on IRC or use their RSS feed, you can see torrents right when they come out. This way you can be way ahead in the swarm and get more uploaded out of it.

Whatever you do snatch, make sure you keep it seeded for a really really long time (I mean months as a minimum) that way you'll see by the end of the month a torrent with size say 200MB would have uploaded at least 1 GB if not more. Perma-seed is what they call it.

Latest torrents uploaded in waffles take some time to update their stats in the browse page, and that's why you will see many torrents with 0 seeders and 0 leechers but actually they have some seeders & leechers which are not visible at the site at that particualr moment.
Best way to build ratio there is to grab those new torrents and seed them..

Upload your own stuff. Downloading the latest is by far the best way if you have a seed box. I joined a few weeks ago and owe 75% of my ratio to the new Kanye West CD (10+gb). New Black Eyed peas should be coming on. Look for that. (Just got on what.cd a few hours ago) Just give it time. Bookmark stuff you want and wait for freeleech. You joined just before the holidays so they have to have at least one day of FL in the next month :) First thing I did when I got enough points was buy top 10. That helped a little I think.

Please Thank my post if it was helpful.

Quick tip for the holidays that are coming would be to snatch some Christmas related albums from now and have them ready for seeding for the next days that will be really popular i guess.
