Thread: does any1 knows how ppl get hands on movies so quickly??

I was wondering how sum ppl who upload the new movies sumtimes even before release?????

I simply wait to seed until the torrent reach 1:1 ratio, then i stop and feel no remorse at all. It's just a matter to want or not watch the release and seeding what you have downloaded makes your work complete.

^^Um, ok? Most of the pre-releases are people who work in the industry somehow. There are a lot of steps to get a movie from the cutting room to the theater, and there are many other steps to get them on the shelves of your local store. Many new movies are released by movie theater employees, who have the complete reels long before they're allowed to release it, even before the sneak previews. When the mgr isn't around, set up the film, in an empty theater, prolly early morning, set up a vid cam and roll it for 2 hours. For video releases, it prolly happens somewhere along the production or shipping line. Someone grabs a copy, rips it and it's on the internet that night.

the scene groups have/ know people who work in the film industry which is how they would get their hands on film reels and dvd screeners and even pre-retail dvdrips...its very amazing how it all works and i just like to researxh up on it..but which is why you see at the bottom of popular group's NFO's they are always looking for people who have access to leaked things such as that..they also want 100mbit or higher servers for their own use so they can get the rips out on time.

as far as i understand this most of dvdscr which are showing up is somehow connected with Oscars. I think when they sending them for jury or something like that for viewing . not really sure how does it work. I am just happy it works.

Yep! as long as we get good pre times thats great!

me too.... I get to watch better movies, which half the time don't even get released here in India...
