Thread: Holographic and hologram technology today

Recently i have come across couple holographic and hologram videos and i been wondering, when you guys think the hologram stuff will be reality. I mean when is the day there is a hologram player where you watch your movies and tv shows and what else.

the videos iv seen are pretty cool for example this is pretty cool stuff

And then there is ofcourse Hatsune Miku a huge 3D Hologram star in Japan who has sold millions of albums and sold out concerts. I dont think this is real hologram technology tought as they project it on a transparent glass or something but still pretty cool

Would be great to hear other peoples toughts on this.

It's a very nice technology and I hope to see an increase in the years to come.

I first heard about it after seeing this video two years ago.

LoL, I've seen that Japanese hologram concert video before...strikes me as weird, but to each his own. Holograms would be amazing for everything from business communications to video games. The first company that is able to market a working version will be making bank for sure.
