No, I never had time to learn but I would like to learn karate in the future.
I do martial arts, but inactive for a while now, anyway it's the Filipino Yaw-Yan and boxing, know a little bit about MMA... it's the discipline and adrenaline rush that keeps me close to it. The more you get hit, the more you want to hit...I miss the ring badly.

wow, fabulous training. i bet u've already got the ab scults from this rigorous training. u got some vid on these?
how can you put all training in just 9-10:30 (equivalent of just 1 1/2 hour)? I just doubt that these can be done in just an hour and a half . OMG, running 10 km will already eat ur time, and pad work for 4-7 min ( 5 min) is already 20-35 minutes.........or am I just dumb in interpreting the schedule?

I do a fighting art but I wouldn't call it a martial art.
I't s called Krav Maga and I really like doing it.
I have a background of kung fu and French Boxing,
but the Krav maga really is something else. More realistic, more practic, more to the point.
