Thread: Not able to access Demonoid

Hi guys. Maybe some of you can help me with this problem. I can't seem to access the main page of demonoid from work. It keeps saying the connection is timed out and the server at demonoid.com is taking too long to respond. We have absolutely no restrictions on which websites we can access, so I know it is not that. I have tried IE instead of firefox and still the same. I asked a friend to access the site at the same time I was trying and he got to the main page with no issues. I have no problem accessing it at home. I cleared my history on my browser and still nothing. BTW, I am not too technical, but survive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

probably the IP address at work is dynamic, and that is why it is not working

I am being told that we have static IP at work. Is there any way demonoid could be blocking ip addresses - not just mine but a whole range of them? As you can tell, I am not too technically savvy.

Alright, I tried using an online proxy server (proxypier) and I was able to access it from work. So what does that mean?

It means your IP from work is banned
