What do you value most in life & why???

This is a thread on which things you value most in life. These things can range from food to your latest video game.
For me, personally, I probably value intellect the most, because I have alway's found it to be useful in any situation...

For me, the most important thing is my family, friends - I can't imagine my life without these people who support me, share my sadness, happyness or quite simply just are when I need them.
Second thing is health. Why? I think it speaks for itself.

Can't argue against that. Family and friends bring happiness. But health is useless without them. So fair call!
I also forgot to mention happiness. For me, I wouldn't want to live in misery...
Why? What's wrong with that?
My Children and my Wife. Everything else I have I can replace, but without them I would be lost. It took me a long to time to realize that but now that I have life is good!

I value health and my love-ones and good friends (what its all about) and bringing joy to people who are dear to me.
