Be smart in what and from where you download. Pretty much in my mind most of the time you hear about things like this its from using something like limewire or some other random P2P program. It always seems to be the people who downloaded 10 or 15 songs and forgot all about them that seems to be caught. Using private trackers for sensitive things like moves and music goes a long ways I am sure.

You can use an IP blocker like the old Peerguadian 2 program but some people (such as myself) think that it is overkill and can actually slow things down. Peerguadian2 is actually outdated now and a new program updated for windows 7 has been released but I am having trouble remembering the name right now.

In the end it all comes down to luck and not being the needle picked out of the haystack and getting caught.

Don't worry using private trackers is a bit "safer" then using ODC or public trackers , most people who get those king of fees , are using public tracker or other public ways of download music
