I singed it, there are also others out there, but to ensure our opinions are heard PLEASE write to your congressman. Their emails and postal addresses can be found at house.gov and senate.gov, depending on the branch of Congress obviously.
Personally, I feel it's better to write to congressmen via postal mail, just because it seems more personal, but that's up to you.

They tried to do this in Australia about 6 months ago, but a program called "Hungry Beast" tested it out and said a kid could break through it with a simple proxy server, lol.
