I know most of you have heard what has been going on with the Verizon-Google and Comcast-NBC mergers and how it can effect us all down the road. It wasn't until I was researching more about the issue and found a real easy petition on reddit to share with you all.

Writing to your congressman could be more effective if you have the time to do so. There is also a way to email your congressman and the FCC here.

I am not sure how this could effect the torrent world under corporate control, I can't see it being anything but bad. So that is why I brought it here. Hope we can all help keep the internet the way it is and meant to be.
