I listen to Howard when lifting (almost dropped weight on me a few times) and watch the UFC when running on the treadmill or elipical
I listen to thrash metal most of the times when I'm working out. Work out for my body and work out for my ears!
Depends on my mood and what I am doing. But I always have music on when I workout, whether it be elektronica or metal. Just always need something playing to keep my pace up.
Mostly rock, but things with power behind the lyric.
Also trance music, gives me a great energy boost just by playing some.

For me the best music to workout is rock music. It makes u anger enough to push yourself to the limit.
I'll just go with good pop/rock/indie songs when i do cardio, preferably songs that i have heard before that i can sing along with (not out loud, but rather following the text in my head:) )
