    I had the same problam it was fixed when I changed the router.

    Haha ye over here in UK we get great speeds for good rates.

    If you aren't a big internet users like us torrent users, and you take out tv and phone a lot of the times you get a free 2/3mbps (unlimited) all for around 25 poiunds. Our fibre optics is a bargain really for what you are getitng.

    I live in Canada too a lot (with work) and i notice they will charge 35$ just for the internet at 2mbps with a 35gb cap a month it is terrible.

    I guess also europe/asia there is much more competition than north america. It seems to wave from asia to europe then to your side of the world.

    Im sure they will catch up eventually they jsut trying make as much money as they, can whilst they can.

    All these companies rip off their customers. I have done away with cable and home phone for two years. I get everything I need for entertainment from the internet. I do not miss the bill, and now with the new blue ray players that have internet streaming capabilities these companies need to learn to be more competitive and make their services less expensive for the consumers..or lose more customers.
