Just thought I'd post up this company who are offering free usenet access. They only have 10 day's retention and 2 connection's. However, it's great for testing out usenet if you have never used it before.

As a quick preface usenet is great for films. However, if your looking for music. Your probably better off on a tracker.

If you've never used usenet before I suggest using sabnzbd+ as a client (it works on all OS's, you can even put it on you seedbox if you wish).

The best for those transition from torrent trackers, it has a tracker like feel to it's interface:

The best newsgroup search engine IMO. I suggest when searching for films to put in it's title and year to narrow the results down. Seaches the most popular groups and the rest (if you want to search the rest make sure you select the option, I find this helps sometimes if looking for older films)

NZBClub, second best after binsearch. It's interface is a bit cleaner for those who can't get their head around binsearch:

Yes, though not a bad deal for free access.

For me NZBMatrix is a better/easier site to use, but I'm not sure how many nzb's you can download per day if your not a VIP (VIP limit is 150).

Awesome this is usefull to know cause my isp recently discontinued free newsgroup service.
