Thread: How do you shave / Any other DE shaver's on here?

Thought I'd ask as I've recently made the switch and loving it so far.
Or, if not going all the way to the DE is anyone using a brush to whip up a nice lather. :)

I just use one of those Gillette fusion razors and some can soap. I don't shave very often though I when I do I just trim my beard with a trimmer then prep it up for shaving.

option 1 for me. not interrested in spending more time than necessary on something i have to do every morning. it's bad enough as it is.

haha. I thought that as I have to do it everyday why not make a hobby of it.

I was sick of paying $20 plus for fusion refills , and changed to a Merkur Barber Pole Razor+platinum Blades. I use a Truefitt & Hill Regency Shave Brush+T & H Sandlewood cream. I am using Boss original for A/S

Take the time out of your day for this guys, It is well worth it and there IS a noticeable difference, I can assure you......

Wahey, good to see someone else here does. :D

Shaving with a Edwin Jagger razor & pure badger brush at the moment; want to move up to a silver hair one soon though. This one is a little firm for my liking.
Various blades due to trial pack. So far tried; derby, Feathers, Astra superiors, Persona Platinums & Gillette 7 O'clocks (yelllows).

Using Geo F. Trumper limes soap. And, can highly recommend the Edwin Jagger Sandalwood cream if you enjoy the scent.

Just ordered the Truefitt & Hill balms, creams and cologne sample pack too.

Add Iradium Super's to that. Could be my face's new favourite blade.
