i have 25€ in my paypal account and i need them in my moneybookers account can some on help me ? i can give 25€ in PP for 22€ in MB

you need to find someone that you can trust with your money.
i know a forum were are people that you can trust but too bad it's in arabic

Commission between 4% and 10% i guess. and they do supports all banks paypal,Libertyrserve,moneybookers,alertpay ....

Try and find someone trusted to exchange it. The best way is to deposit pp funds into bank account and then deposit bank account funds into MB, this way you will save on commissions and scams.

I'm not meaning to be a douchebag, but watch it people.

PayPal == you're able to file a dispute and get your money back, MB is just... take it or leave it.

Try to make the exchange with some friends, its safer to ask on a board
