OMG! What a crazy story and video! Sorry but all I can say is WTF.
I don't believe this one is real to be honest. Can't imagine 18 months old inhaling a cigarette. Me myself at 17 had problems at inhaling first one properly. -.-
I think it's a fake I have a 26 month old that theres no way even with 2 months training wouldn't be as coordinated as that "kid". If it's true then the parents should be fed to crocodiles just my opinion but to me thats child torture and I am a smoker for 16 yrs now
Everyone talks about smoking 40 or 20 cigarettes is sick in 2 yo. But isn't it phenomenally sick simply smoking a cigarettes in this age? Or maybe someone'll say that is only grass smoking is bad in this age? :-/

smoking should be illegal (here in romania is legal....)
