Indeed, what HD_HD says is 100% right. It needs a lot of patience from mods, admins and old members with the new users (INCLUDING ME OF COURSE)...

Although rules for making introductions are simple, the vast majority of new applicants make mistakes (i ALSO did........... ).

During the last weeks that i am a member here, i have seen numerous introductions with multiple replies..... and honestly i've been thinking about those who try and help them.

I am a new user here, and i hope one day i can also contribute and help new members come in.

A big 'thank you' from me too!

Thumbs up for all the staff that putting time in helping getting the introductions to a good/decent state.

In alot of the introductions it seems that the staff "person" that looking into a persons intruduction go in with the mindset that you gonna "rep him in", and if the application is not good enough "im gonna help him make it good"

    Thanks for some great work

I tried to make my introduction as perfect as possible? lol. I did make mistakes, and during the process of editing I accidentally posted 2 more threads. I honestly wasn't spamming. So I tried to delete. So I just edited. Awesome sight by the way. I should be thankful to veritas who repped me in. Bcuz if not I couldn't be posting right!

I agree with most on here as I do appreciate the hard work involved in running the intro section. I mean lets face it at some point it goes from comical to downright bang your head into the wall.

I am curious to know though has anyone on the intro staff developed an ulcer yet????
    Just kidding!

I think it's been said quite often before, however great idea for making a thread of it, HD ;)

I had the luck of being invited by somebody sensible enough to warn me of the effort that should be made with the intro, so I took my time on it, but the first thing I noticed was how many intros were being created every hour and how much effort it must be for the mods (in my case forza) who manage to overlook all of these.

Now that I've started answering some myself, I've realized more than ever how much time, work and especially patience you need for this job @___@ So I'd like to add a big thanks to everybody who's helped me out recently in learning how to answer and deal with the different intro situations ^^

Big-up to the introduction process and all the other screening mechanisms that are designed to protect the integrity of this community and much love to all the involved members and staff! ^^

a bit thank you to the staff that work on this site. If it weren't for you this site would not be here.
Also thanks for putting up with us when you make our intros. It must be really hard keeping up with all the new threads
