Of all the games that I've played, many of them among the best made (GTA series, MGS series, Call of Duty) I have to say that the game that has the most replay value and lasting appeal is LittleWing Monster Fair Pinball. I've been playing this game regularly for the past 4 or 5 years.
If you're a mac user you should check it out. Completely addictive.

Forza Motorsport
Metal Gear series but if I had to chose one it would be the original MGS for PSX.
I love the ever so classic ocarina of time. I may get close to games that are equal to that greatness but it still triumphs
tho 2nd place definitely goes to FF VII
