Shutter Island, I was like << Rewind... What the hell? Didn't think of that ending at all.

Props to the ones who said Oldboy.

As cliche as it may be, The Sixth Sense is still a pretty awesome twist. The rest of the Shamalalamamalan movies' twist endings were fairly whack, but The Sixth Sense was considerably more original.

I think Shutter Island too. What a twist! :P Not expected at all.
If you watch the movie a second time you can find a lot of clues in it.

Fallen (1998): The soul of an executed serial killer jumps from body to body, and only Denzel Washington realizes what's going on.

I'm sure there are many more I can't think of right now but I just watched Shutter Island and that ending definitely threw me, but in a good way. Too many people complain about predictable movies but then complain when they don't like a twist ending they weren't expecting. I guess some people just get off on complaining.

I really need to reinforce that Old Boy has the biggest twist ending. Seriously if your jaw doesn't drop at the end, God help you. Absolutely mind blowing and if you haven't seen it, please do yourself a favor and watch it. Time well spent.
