Yes, I really thought that The Prestige was an underappreciated film. Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman and Michael Caine did fine work there.

Have to agree with The Usual Suspect its a great movie with unexpected ending.

well about Shuttered Island i think it was shitty and nothing new there is tons of movies with the same ending and you could guess what gonna happen.

Two that have not been mentioned that I really thought were good and had a twist are:

    1) Lucky Number Slevin

    2) Law Abiding Citizen

I really liked both of these movies :)

Haven't seen Momento, Law Abiding Citizen or Lucky Number Slevin yet, will have to check those out. I have to agree that Shutter Island was pretty awesome (and is the most recent one I can think of) and for older ones I would have to say: Adaptation and The Others.

+1 for The 6th Sense. I was going to say The Prestige, but I think that one popped in my head first because in addition to the amazing ending it was a very interesting the whole time and it was very well acted. Although the 6th sense was good, I don't think that it was as strong a movie as The Prestige without the ending, but the ending for the 6th sense sent shivers down your spine. That's the type of ending that deserves the #1 spot and I have to give props to M Night shamalamamamapajama for that great ending, haha.
