No they dont :P
If you complain about the speeds it aint much they can do about it.
Because of the distance betwine your house and adsl sentral.
I loose 3mb/s because i to far away from the sentral.
Cant wait until we get Fiber :D
Jorgen what country do you live in?
If you make them scared mayby you will get a bonus or something?
Just sound realy angry at the phone, most companies will do anything to keep a customer

A torrent client can max out the advertised 100/100 Mbit bandwidth with Romania and the 20/20 Mbit line with the rest of the world.
I'm pretty happy with it, and the peering/connectivity is very good.
lol mine doesnt seem as good as everybody elses but its decent :)
