Thread: How much do you download a month?

So on average, how much data would you say you would download a month?

And if you wanna post what percentage of that data did you actually download for yourself and not just to seed for your ratio.


For me I would say I would say I would use 70% of what I download for myself, and everything else is to help my ratio.

In my opinion, about 80GB or so. This includes random TV, music and games. I usually download for myself and leave it seeding 24/7 on my home ISP where I get 500kB/s down, 60kB/s up. I have no problems maintaining ratio, except for the popular scene sites...and waffles, where it is ridiculously hard to maintain a ratio.

200gb or so. My plan is 200gb and I max it out plus a little over each month get capped to 64/64.

I fxp a shitload more than that though...

Since I'm a freaky heavy downloader,I guess I do more than 350GB+ a month on a regular basis,that's because I just love to buffer very high ratios leaving my PC seeding 24/7/1 ! So it's kinda crazy for me to have the day ended with less than 10GB downloaded...Still I'm looking forward to upgrade my connection to 2x the one I'm currently having to buffer more & more accounts !

I dread to think. My ISP likes to let me know every so often....by restricting my internet for a few hours lol

Before I reformatted last night my monitor said I used 192GB of bandwith. By the end of the month, I'll probably have used 210-220GB(unlimited bandwith ftfw)

This is one of my occasional high download/upload months, usually the usage is around 80-120

yeh i go thru about 150gb a month.......here in aussie there strict on the download limits......

i think only last week they introduced a 200gb per month.....

i think 150 will do for now....

I am not sure how much but when I try to start downloading after 2 days got msg from rapidshare that you reach your 25gb limit and wait for a while

50-100gb,depends what games & movies are revealed to the public xD
