Thread: And in other news... Chemical Ali executed

Ali Hassan al-Majid, the cousin of former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, has been executed in Iraq, by hanging, for crimes against humanity. He was responsible for the mass killings of Kurds at Halabja.

I'm against killing, and imho the death sentence is actually doing the same as a killer - except for the fact that it's 'legal'. Who are we to decide who had to day. That was my opinion. But when you see these images and you read about what this man did, it gives me a hard time to still follow this opinion.
