I can't choose between two: Final Fantasy X and Metal Gear Solid: Sons of Liberty 2
Fav game: Mario series
Prince of Persia, Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect 1&2
Toss up between Final Fantasy VIII and Okami.
Played FFVIII religiously in my youth and have extremely fond memories of it. Also it has the best musical score of any game I've ever played.
Having said that, Okami has some of the best art, and definitely the best ambiance of any game around. It also has a ridiculously good musical score.
It's a tough call, so I'll just say I love them both.

Gameplay: Counter-Strike, WoW
EVE Online. All I ever played was a few months though, but it's awesome
I just love the whole "Player-driven-everything" concept, and the fact that you don't have levels like in WoW, where you have to kill a billion boars or whatever to level up. In EVE skills train over time which is awesome.
