Thread: Looking for a good site for fiction ebooks

I've read the site reviews but i don't want to have to join all the ebook sites to test the waters. Was hoping for some specific info from users here about the best sites for fiction ebooks. Most ebook sites are focused on elearning. My interest is reading for leisure, and as such I look for fiction - bestseller types. I'm a member of Demonoid, which is about the best I've found but not great. Not sure what I'm looking for even exists, but I figure if it does people here will know about it. You might to take a look at ebookshares.org if you haven't already. I'm not exactly sure how comprehensive it is, as I tend toward e-learning books myself, but it does have a discrete section for fiction separated by genre, might be worth the addition. It's also open to join so there's no real hassle in that regard either.

2 that I am familiar with are bibliotik and myanonamouse. Both have a very good selection of eBooks and are pretty easy to get in to. You can probably find invites in the Low Level Giveaways section.

Jingleheimer - I'm in both now. Just joined through their respective IRC rooms. They've got a lot of great stuff, just not much of what I'm looking for. There doesn't seem to be anything out there devoted to fiction. Maybe the demand for it just isn't mature enough to make it worthwhile.

Dropdive - I've also signed up for ebookshares. They also don't have what I'm looking for. They do, however, have rss feeds, which the other two don't (pet peeve of mine). I did find eps of "This old House" and "New Yankee Workshop", which I love and can't find on other tv trackers. So that's a win.

Thanks for your suggestions guys. Anyone else have anything to add? I'm a desperate man.
