I usually use Slacker (mobile services, it seems to know what I like most of the time) and SHOUTcast (mandatory TechnoBASE love + Winamp integration) -- whatever I feel like. I just don't like Pandora.
Does Spotify count as one? It's amazing.

I'll try to be active every now and then, but no promises -- drop me a PM if you need anything and I'll respond within a week.
EDIT: Scratch that, within a month.
I heard good things about Spotify, but it is not available in the US for whatever reason. I used to really be into Pandora, but you can't pick specific artists or songs to listen to, you have to rely on their algorithms to pick out songs they think you'd like. The songs were decent and it was tolerable until I discovered last.fm. Last.fm is everything Pandora is plus they let you pick specific songs and artists, plus they have music videos. So far they are my #1 choice.
I usually use Pandora, but recently I have been liking myspace because I can just tune into one artist. I know my choices aren't the best they are good enough for me. Simplicity and ease are most important to me.
i liked pandora when there was unlimited use. they just always seem to nail what i want. i have the most brutal metal station, and my rock and roll station is always playing artists i love even though i never heard of them. looking in to last.fm now, but until i decide to change my mind pandora has it.
I listen radio from my country in the internet like BestRock FM, Cidade FM or Radio Comercial..
Death.FM is best for metal by far. Request system and updated regularly with new albums.
I was a Last.fm radio addict, until they made it "Only free in US/UK/DE". After that I discovered Spotify. It was awesome.. until they made it UK only.
Anyway, the last event made me discover some really cool Internet radios, like
Technicolor Web of Sound - 60s Psychedelic Internet Radio
SomaFM: Listener Supported, Commercial Free Internet Radio
Grooveshark - Listen to Free Music Online - Internet Radio - Free MP3 Streaming
You should check'em out.
