Yes. There is a site called The Horror Channel (THC) that is dedicated to indexing old horror/scifi/cult flicks. I'm not sure how commonly the invites are handed out here, but there is recruitment for this site all over the place, including the PtP PU forums.

There are actually two different "horror charnels" - one for mainstream tastes and the other (horrorcharnel-kicksass) for the obscure. I have both but unfortunately no invites. I believe the latter is harder to get.
I am a member of the kick-ass Horror Charnel. It's a fantastic resource for obscure horror like Rosneath mentioned above. The community is cool and there's a lot of activity. I'm not as active on the forums as I'd like to be. That being said, it's definitely a place worth joining if you could get a invite. I lucked out when they had open sign ups (which I hear they rarely do).
