10mbps down and 0.5 up. Virgin media suck ass as they advertise unlimited downloads, but their traffic management is terrible. If you download more than 1.5gb in 'peak' time, you get throttled 75 for 5 hours. Peak time being between 10am and 9pm. :(
Brazilian Telefonica (Speedy)
200 kbps down, 50 kbps up
About 80 R$, or 50$...
Yeah, pretty expensive, huh?
I have a BSNL EVDO Plan , it costs Rs 600 [12$] / month [ 1$ ~ Rs.50 ]
Speed = 2 Mbit/0.5 Mbit
Unlimited Download Limit
I get Download Speeds of 200 Max , and Upload Speed of 40-50 Kbps.
And the ISP name of my service provider is NIB (NATONAL INTERNET BACKBONE)..
Rogers 10/1.
TWC Road Runner 25Mbps down/1.5Mbps up on paper. In reality it is more like 8Mbps down and .75Mbps up and very inconsistent. Soon to change to Bright House Networks (20 down/5 up) after I move. I wish Verizon FIOS was in the area. :-(

I've noticed competition in the ISP industry isn't all that great down 'ere in the Midwest. Everyone I know (in Chicago, at least) has Comcast.
It's the fastest thing that's available to me, but their customer service is the seventh level of hell. Like, even lower than other companies.
I'll try to be active every now and then, but no promises -- drop me a PM if you need anything and I'll respond within a week.
EDIT: Scratch that, within a month.
Virgin 10mb and it sucks so bad with the speed capping ! :@
