Christmas Thread

Ok ladies and gentlemen, it is now finally December!

This thread is for discussing everything and anything to do with Christmas. What your doing on Christmas day, doing anything special before then, decorations, presents etc. Feel free to include your Christmas pictures.
If your not or don't celebrate Christmas then just post below what you'll be doing instead

I have created three competition threads to gain more activity and just spread some Christmas cheer running up to the big day. Best Indoor Decoration, Best Outdoor Decoration, Best Christmas Tree. Each thread will be open to any T-I member, each submitter must have their T-I username within the picture. The winner will receive 34+ rep. For more details see the separate threads.

For Christmas day all my family are heading over to my aunts for a huge meal. There are always arguments but thats what makes Christmas so enjoyable

Edit: Post below if you are interested in becoming a judge for the competitions. I will pick the candidates that i feel aren't bias and that i can trust.
Candidates need to be active members of T-I and be available at each competitions closing dates (UK residents preferred, but not necessary)

I agree that the threads you made were a good idea but maybe the reason why people arent posting is because they dont want to post pics. I'll go ahead and post some pics for you in the other threads to get things started.

Thank you Curse. I just thought it would be a good laugh to see T-I members decorations and gain some free rep. I guess no one wants free rep after all :laugh:

What, draw the decorations? Uhhh i'd rather members didn't, but i don't see these threads getting off the ground so why not. It must have your T-I username written on it somewhere.

Well for Christmas I will be going over to my Uncles house to avoid some of the other family members I prefer not to see, that is where all the younger family members go. I want to put my tree up this year but we have another family member living with us at the moment and the house is really crowded and have no idea where I can even put it up this year. My uncle is funny anyway he will be drunk by around 9am and in the Christmas spirit :P

I forgot to mention what i'll be doing for Christmas.

I'll be giving thanks to God, celebrating Jesus's birthday, giving food and clothing to homeless people, getting gifts that I get from people and regiving to less fortunate people, and visiting some family.

I also forgot to mention what i'll be doing.
I'll head over to my aunts place with the rest of my family. We'll sit down to lunch (bits and pieces), and have a couple drinks. The guys will play football, frisbee, basketball, badmington while the girls watch and remind us of everything we do wrong. We'll sit down for a massive tea and desert, after which we'll give out presents. We'll have a load more drinks while playing trivial pursuit or some board game we only ever play on Christmas day. My uncle will get very drunk and make us all laugh with minimal effort. We'll crash their for the night, wake up the next morning and do it all again but with less food and less drinks - the presents.
And thats basically what we do every year. Luckily my aunts house is big enough to hold us all.

I put my name on the pics but I had to use the computer to do it because every time I took a picture the flash would cover my name. When I put my name on the pics and then uploaded them I realized my name was really small because the pictures were big. Anyway its your choice if you want to trust me or any other members that has the flash problem. It wasnt my camera so I didnt know how to take the flash off.
