Well I watch movies on my PC with a 70W 5.1 Logitech sound system, which if I crank it around 70% is enough for a almost cinematic experience. The monitor is kinda small (17 inch) and crappy for a movie experience.
Video: Optoma HD70 720p DLP projector on a custom built framed 104" 1.0 gain projector screen.
Audio: Sony reciever + 5.1 surround polk audio speakers (1200 watt sub)
Hooked up to my pc (intel quad @3.6GHz + 8800gt) via 25 foot hdmi cable.
I loves me some movies.

I watch my movies on a 19" 720p HDTV, through my 360 with HDMI. =)
I use my laptop connected to my 32" TV through VGA (yea, I know, my laptop sucks lol) But very soon, I'm getting a 360 which I'll use as a media streamer and hopefully 720p movies will look a lot better.
