Currently, my favourite console is the wii. I use my xbox360 more, but mostly as a mediacenter. So I guess that doesn't count ;). For my all-time favourite, I'd have to go with the Playstation (1).
Favourite games of all time are Mario 64, Super Mario Kart for the SNES and any Zelda/GTA game. My current favourite is MW2.

Got a Wii around christmas time, softmodded it and loaded it up with usb loaders etc, now its hands down my favourite console. Red Steel 2 is pretty alright, Mario Kart Wii for all time favourite I think.
PC!!!!! - Call of Duty 4
Nothing beats a keyboard and mouse.
Since I don't have a console, my MBP will suffice :p. As for a game, I would go with either MW2 or the original Halo.
Modern warfare 2, using the pc. Call of duty series is pretty brilliant to play.
