I follow quite a bit of shows. Currently following: Bones, Bored To Death, Californication, Castle, Dexter, Family Guy, FlashForward, Fringe, Glee, House, How I Met Your Mother, Legend of the Seeker, Lie To Me, Mythbusters, Sanctuary, South Park, Stargate Universe, Supernatural, The Mentalist, V, and White Collar.

Waiting on these: Burn Notice, Entourage, Psych, Royal Pains, and Warehouse 13.

Also catching up on these: Just Lost actually. I'm mid way through the fourth season.

WTF? How can you watch 23 TV shows. I watch Heroes, Lie To Me, Fringe, and How I met your Mother and I chastise myself for watching that much!!
