first was sct, scc, gft, was a problem with waffles to and now btmtv.
i will start by saying that are alot nobs in this country...alot stupid kids who "want to try torrenting"
And is not about having problems with ratio and things like that...it`s simply stupidity....as they sayid in warning announce " Most of Romania have fiber connections " so is verry simply to mentain a good ratio....they just don`t want to...it`s a problem of mentality.

then is the problem with the exaggeration of this staffs. i don`t think that romanians are the top cheaters.

...probably will be like Sct,scc,... actual ro users will keep their accounts and they will ban rest ISP from ro...with no posibility to register from ro ISP.

I read this a couple of days ago. And, this is something that really doesn't make any sense. I mean, ratio cheaters when you have a t-1?? it's like let's shoot people in the head just because we have guns....

And, i still wonder, how high level trackers usually have the "hardcore" computer folks working on their side.... how the intelligence took the other side....?
