Hm for me that would be EFF. Good German tracker, not the fastest but nice community and no Ratio Problems.

Many leechers, Seeding points. In compare to other Trackers there it is easy to hold your Ratio.

I would have to say SCC. They've got movies, tv shows, and music which are basically the only things i download.. and they're all at amazingly fast speeds :D
