When I was a kid, I was afraid of Terminator 2 :P
That was the scariest movie I've seen at that time.
Well I don't really freak out now from horrors, but when I was a child, I almost s**t in my pants when I watched Predator. I don't know why but it was very scary for 8-year-old myself. :D

Saga Saw is my favourite
I remember watching "IT" as a kid, freaked me out so much that I slept under my bed for 3 days. These days blood and guts don't really scare me it's more the psychological stuff...Silence of the Lambs
