How many times have you been in love? How did you know it was love?

I'll go first: once. And I knew it was love when I realised I couldn't live without him and that his happiness was more important to me than my own.

For me it was just once.

To me it was love(or what i thought was love).I was ready to do anything for her.That's until i caught her cheating on my me with my so-called Best-friend

how did i know : can't get her off my thoughts , all of my thoughts are about her . when she smiles i am super happy regardless my condition .

I have for sure am in love right now and he is the love of my life. I knew this when I first met him I had an unavoidable attraction to him, always knew what to say and when to say it, was there to comfort me when I needed comfort, was there to defend me when someone was trying to mess with me. Him and me talked all the time either on the phone or on yahoo. I knew i loved him when i realized that he would be the first person i would think of in the morning and the last person i talked to at night. Also when I told him things that i just couldnt tell other people. Bad part is that at the time he was with someone else and I was not about to get in the way of the life he had. But with love it has a funny thing of working out. We found each other years later when his relationship didnt work out. You know its love when life brings u someone in a very special way. You also know its love when you are able to walk away from a person from your past that u thought was completely special to you and meant something to you. That is what I did. A person that I wanted to be with most of my high school years and even some of college finally came around and said he loved me and I told him it was too late........ I was able to walk away that is when I knew my hubby now is the love of my life. I left everything for him and didnt look back.

I was in love so many times. Well, at least we used to say i love u to eachother. However, i only ever been in true love twice. Once with my daughters mom and the other with my girl now. I was engaged to my daughters mother, but she left me cause i was a bad person then. I had to go away for a couple of years and when i got back she was gone. I thought about her everyday when i was away and still thought we were gonna spend the rest of our lives together. Man was i wrong. I ended up a mess over it and almost lost my life in the process.

This time i am a changed man and 2 years ago met the person of my dreams. I know im in love cause i dont mind spending everyday with her and only want to hang out with her & nobody else. I gave up my life for her, which i couldnt do for anyone. She makes me strong & stay positive in every aspect of my life. Also has always been there for me when times get rough and she picks me up when im down. I have so much respect for her cause she stands by me 110%. When i met her i just knew this was it. It was like this weird feeling i got all over my body when we first kissed. It still hasnt changed. I will do anything for her and if it wasnt for her i would be dead. The bottom line is i changed my whole life cause of this girl and trust me i wouldnt do that for just anyone.

Oh yeah been in love once... long time ago when dinosaurs where walking on earth.. and could NOT leave without her. I was eating with her in my mind, sleeping with her in my mind and dreaming about her, breathing her as the most clean air and now I`m in love for the second time.. I love my son more than I love anything else in my life, this is kinda another love, but hey, I love him ;)
