I wanted to know how many times you workout a week. I workout 5 times a week. Chest on mondays, legs on tues, arms on wed, shoulders on thurs, back on fri, and I rest sat and sun.

Since It's vacation I do it everyday. Workout an hour on a cycling machine and just armmuscle things (i don't know how to translate it)
I just swim for an hour daily. (just started 'working out' when I saw those "dreaded" love handles)
Usually 5 days a week becuz of school but I'm on vacation so it's 1 time
I am an amateur mountain biker and I train 2-4 hours a day.I run from time to time for at least 10km or do a couple of sprints followed by a recovery pace.I play football and tennis with firends when I have some free time.And that's pretty much it.
everyday it's my job shifting and lifting heavy furniture who needs a gym :001_tongue:
