Default What is the most important critera for you when giving away invites?

What is the most important critera for you when giving away invites and why.
    Below are samples criterias.

    Has a seedbox
    Excellent ratio
Long standing member of the tracker
Long standing active member of T-I with good rep and preferably a VIP.
Has a ton of membership to private trackers

Most would probably want an all of the above option but let's just say you can only have one critera.

Active member ship on T-I, reasonable upload rates on trackers, seedbox or reasonable home connection does it for me.

good ratios is the #1 most important thing i look at when considering people for invites. I would hate to invite someone who doesnt maintain a good ratio because that could have repercussions on me for inviting that person in.

a good ratio is the most important thing. I think if a person is on 25 trackers with ratio of about 0.6 then a person on 10 trackers with ratio 2.0 (or more) should be considered more preferable to be given an invite.

it would most certainly have to be ratio proofs and knowledge of seeding/torrents. Also, a seedbox is a plus.

i dont care about the seedbox for not hard to seed trackers, but u know there's some trackers of course must have a seedbox or good home connection,so mostly i care about the ratio other sites, and upload(make sure that he using his accounts)

Ratio is the top priority, normally someone with a good ratio has a good/reasonable connection.

The most important I will look when I'll give an invite away will be the ratio and as much as I can see their personality. If someone is talking bad, blame others etc... I would never give an invite to him/her.
