Wow. It has video now. As I said: it might bring a lot for iPhone users but all that stuff is a standard for others. And I'm glad you didn't say anything 'bout hardware. If you'd like some GPS, you know iPhone is not for you. Same with bluetooth, etc.
The iPhone has GPS and Bluetooth I use my headset all the time now that it's against the law to talk on the phone and drive and the GPS can show you excatly where you are at I think you are talking about the first gen iPhone
No. I'm talking the new one which has bluetooth, indeed, but you can't connect it with your PC any other way than via iTunes. You also cannot pair with with other phones to exchange data. It's very limited due to Apple closed pay-for-everything policy.
I'd buy an Iphone 3GS if I was you. I'm very interested in Apple!
Ok yeah that is true about the Bluetooth but I still say the iPhone is the best hands down but like I said in my first post he should do the research himself and find what is best for him because everyone is different you can tell just by reading this thread
Honestly, both are overrated. They both use novelty to get attention, but end up a pain in the ass with normal use.
iPhone 3G S would be my pick, because of the recent luck i've been having with apple products. i can't stand windows mobile :( yuck.
Palm Pre kicks the 3GS arse any day.. It's so much more flexible. And just wait until the SDK comes out, you'll see a HUGE array of apps for the Palm Pre that might be even better than those of the iPhone. IMHO Palm Pre > 3GS
iPhone 3GS, since palm hasn't done anything right since the m515 which was a rehashed m505 anyway!!
Hey buddy I just wanted to hear opinions. You're right, I shouldn't base my decision on a bunch of people who don't specialize in mobile phones but I wasn't going to anyway. I've been researching and wanted to see if people's experiences differ from what the reviews tell me. After all, someone who actually uses these phones on a day to day basis has a much better and stronger say than a reviewer who's basing everything off first impressions.Originally Posted by adenai
And you're also right, Americans are all about iPhones and Blackberry and there are many phone companies out there. Just wanted to say, HTC is one of my favorite brands but I'm afraid I can't afford the hefty price. It's a lot easier finding deals for others just because of the supply and demand of the American market. Don't blame me!
