Thats just a gross misuse of power and at the end of the day it's abuse. true she did her bit in inciting it but even so. Hope the cop gets what is coming to him.

He was totally misusing his power.
In that sense its wrong.

The funny part is that she was being a bitch about it.
She got whats comin, i hope he does too.

There would have been no problem if the woman just followed what the officer asked her to do. She has the right to complain to the courts after and protest her ticket (which was for speeding - a big deal for nothing).

I mean when a cop says "if you don't do this, I will tase you" even if you think he or she is wrong in what he is asking, you still do what he or she says. Should he have pepper sprayed her instead? What would you have done when someone was repeatably refusing your orders and trying to get back into their car to drive away.

The cop also saved her from running into oncoming traffic when he pushed her back.

Just my humble opinion :P

I think it just like any other cop, trying to get revenge from there poor child hood or something. We have had mu8ltiple death from taser with cops in my state. The bad part is they arent child abusers or rapists there just from a cop poling over somebody that was speeding. They just killed a young guy in my state that was mental ill with a taser for speeding. It is pretty funny but a cop should still use common since though.
