i don't care what people say about him, because the fact is that nobody really knows the truth about him, personally i don't,won't and can't believe that any of these eccentric accusations would be true, just watch his works, how can a man of this level of concern and respect for humanity be a sociopath?he was a legend,he marked an era and a genre of music for a whole generation, how can people be so cruel and so naive to disrespect and dishonor him like this...i think i've made my point.

I dont want to flame anyone´s opinion. But Speculating on a Superstar life?
Most acusations are bogus, it all cant be true. And nothing was proven in court. Ok he setlted once. That could be for several reasons. To protect him. To avoido more reputation damage.

Nobody can argue about his talent. And all his #1´s.
USA for Africa and Earth song are 2 of my favorites.

Lets not forget he had no childhood life. At 4-5 he was singing in bars, just before stripers can on.

ThaT scene in Germany with his baby was unfortunate and nieve. But the baby was safe.

He was wierd in some manners. He had a skin condition. I dont have a problem with any of that.

He was a icon. King of pop.

From recente news he didnt die of natural causes. RIP

I don't think it should be legalized. Not all the girls that do it are happy doing it you know? And if it were legalized i bet a lot of parents will force their girls to do it.Even now, when it's not legalized, it happens.

Personally i believe it should be as it will always happen.

I myself am a male, if i was a single 30-40 year old man i would most likely be using a prostitute. Wouldn't you want to make sure it was safe for your own health and well being as well as the person who you are with.

I've never used a prostitute personally, a friend of mine has (part of a party trick) except she was more of an escort with happy endings. The girls was really nice laid back person who as she put it simply. " In the escort services i'm treated like royalty, no where else shows me that much respect"

Still remember hearing her say that.

prostitution should be legalized. making it illegal only adds value to women so therefore sex trafficing, women sold into slavery, etc will only go up. Just like prohibition made organized crime go up and funded organized crime, prohibition of prositution helps fund sex trafficing, etc.

As for MJ, he was a great artist and made fantastic songs. But being as good as Elvis i dont think so. Elvis was revolutionary. He founded Rock and Roll. MJ was good, but he didnt start any new music genre like elvis did.

However, it seems to me that someone forced into such a choice has lost all control over his/her own life. These are exploited, enslaved victims of terrible circumstance. The world should try to help them not leave them to such a life. Have you ever heard a prostitute say she chose that lifestyle? I certainly have not.

I respectfully disagree. Nobody is born into this world destined to have a terrible life. Even those growing up in the worst circumstances are faced with choices every day that will shape their future.

If someone is in a bad situation 9 times out of 10 they have nobody to blame but themselves. I feel no pity for people that are repeated criminals, drug addicts, alcoholics, etc.

As far as the debate goes, I believe that it should be legalized - even though I disagree with the practice. When something is made legal it becomes easier to enforce the laws surrounding it. If prostitution was made legal, it would become a business. I wouldn't find it impossible to imagine years later there being 'professional prostitution' where the prostitutes not only got paid better, but could decide what they wanted to do specifically, and have safety measures put in place to protect them. There would also be the chance of enforcing laws to ensure that there be full disclosure of any STDs or other possible risks and concerns between the prostitute and the customer.

Obviously none of that would be there initially, and I'm not trying to avoid the fact that as it currently stands the entire process is a vile and ugly means of earning money, but I am saying that when things become legal, they usually become a lot cleaner than when they are illegal.
