    i read a week ago on torrentforum that today blackcat would start a new way to invite is there any truth to this story

    is black-cats still up....i thought it was down..tried to get my accnt back up, down because of inactivity and couldnt sign in on IRC

    They have started doing referrals, however for the time being they are closed again.
    As of Jan 1:
    "All referrals have been removed for now. We're entering the next test phase where the system is giving out referrals automatically."
