Fileporn.org does a good job of blocking just about every client but uTorrent and Azureus (this is how I found uTorrent). uTorrent is a social client that somethings gets screwed over a bit by the leecher clients some people on private trackers use.
So if your going to use public trackers (which is ofcourse pretty crappy in general) you might want to use another client.
One client that really seems to screw over my uTorrent client is the Bittorrent 6.0 client. Some guy got 1.37 GB downloaded off me with giving just 400 MB back with it last night.
