Thread: Whats your favorite type of pet and why?

Title says it all, whats your favorite type of pet any why?...Mines a dog because they're just pure pownage!!!

Dogs, dogs, dogs. They accompanied me all my life. And any talking parrots as well, as I've happened to own one lately. Lotsa fun :) I catch myself observing fishes in a bowl like I'm hypnotized as well (when there's a bowl nearby), but I don't know why, I don't particularly love them or something (I guess they're just a great decoration, hehe). I used to have a turtle but it ran away (he managed to succeed at his third attempt, yeah, laugh), but he never seemed to like me and vice versa. I've got a surprisingly intelligent and long-live cat I found homeless when it was a kitty. I guess I'll miss her one day when she passes away, but I won't get another one for sure. Dogs pwnz, I agree.

i have this blue tounged skink that is the cutest thing ever and hes the man he eats anything

Dogs man, They are the best.....I had a cat once but he didn't make it in the city where i live now....and birds are the worst....

I love my two German Shepherds! So faithfull and loyal. I have always had dogs, from age 2 to now. I cant imagine not having one!

If I could, I'd get a cat. My parents hate cats, though, and I'm stuck living with them until I'm through with college.

i think the best pet is a cat.
Those suckers are fairly clean, and need little to no attention.

but it would have to be a cool cat, like a bengal, or a serval

cats are very calming. They look at you as if you are a nutter and make you do things just by purring.

@daveegee we got two kittens last week. LMAO, these two knuckleheads are anything but calming. I do know what you're saying though...

Also, I think chickens would make decent pets. Free eggs and if they get out of line a free bucket of chicken.
